Terms of Service & Dispatch Disclaimer

Referral & Dispatch Network Disclaimer

Houston Emergency Home Services operates as a 24/7 independent emergency referral and dispatch directory connecting consumers with vetted, local trade contractors. We are not a direct plumbing, electrical, roofing, HVAC, or general contracting entity. All diagnostic, repair, and restoration services are performed independently by vetted, insured third-party trade contractors who maintain their own regulatory filings with Texas regulatory guidelines.

Estimates & Contracting

Any service agreements, work authorizations, warranties, and financial transactions are made directly between the property owner and the assigned independent contractor. Contractors provide upfront pricing before initiating work.
